I work full time and that often includes a bit of weekend working, i dont have the time to go to the gym and i wouldnt be happy paying for a waisted gym membership.
i walk a lot, i dont drive and will often walk the hr+ that it takes to get to town.
i also swim about once a week.
i want a light exercise regime that i can do in the evenings....generally for all over body but also some specific exercises that will help tone upper arms (bingo wings) stomach and thighs!
if it helps im a hour glass figure! im 5ft and after a bit of a shit time i gain weight like it was out of fashion(in a very short amount of time.....im now a uk dress size 14!
i have a very good balanced diet, but feel i need to to more exercise!
