Help with editing a photo?

I took this pic with my cell phone, and like most cell phone pictures, it didn't turn out that great. Here's the original: http://i39.tinypic.com/2naogn5.jpg

Any suggestions or anyone think they can do better? Any help would be awesome. :D

Btw, I'm trying to make it 4x6 or 6x4 or w/e comes first.
 
You can never edit pictures that are horrible to begin with, especially blurry ones. So sorry, you can't do much with it =/ Next time, try taking a really still picture (or put it on a flat surface or something) to make it not so blurry, THEN you can edit it.

Right now, the only thing you can do is make it REALLY tiny and sharpen it up until it doesn't look as blurry anymore - but even if you do this, the picture will look horrible.
