Can you help me with what this dog may be? He's a chained dog that I'm trying to get to another rescue. Breed ID is just not my thing. I'm thinking chow/husky? I could be completely off.
I'd also like to add that I love to have a place to go to where I can get fast, accurate answers for this kind of thing. The DS has helped me quite a bit over time. Thank you!
