Help with dirtbike, Honda CRF 100 Choke problem.?

Yeh, i let a friend ride it and he had to use the choke and he messed around with it or something and i dont know what setting is the normal one. Like there is a down-middle- and up
tell me which one to put it on lol....I dont need the choke anymore atm so yeah just tell me what it needs to be on
