Help with digital image sizes...?

I need to have a .jpg picture with "Print Size 1.25x1.5 at 300 DPI. Digital Image size 5"x6" at 72 DPI" and I'm not sure what to do. I went to photoshop Image--> Image Size and changed the document size to 5 inches by 6 inches at 72 pixels/inch. Is that correct? Or is that the "print size"? Or else how would I change the print size digitally?
