I have a picture of a girl's headshot and am attempting to fill the negative space, shadows and light with music notes. i have some music note brushes and i dont want the background image of the girl to show. the end result will be made entirely of music notes. i have attempted putting one music note at a time to fill areas and using stroke path. Im having trouble figureing out a technique i can use as well as finding negative space in my drawing. also if you have an idea on what i can do to differentiate between the shadows and light areas (like colorwise or spacing of notes etc.) i cant post my pics because that would help to explain but i hope you get what im saying...hopefully
