If I go to Curves, which is a circut of weights(arm,leg,stomach), situps, boxing & squats etc. also go on their excersise bike & cross trainer for 20minutes collectivley... I am at Curves for 45mins to 1hr each day.
I run for 15 minutes before breakfast each day, powerwalk for 20mins in the evening,
Eat 3 meals a day- Special K (Breakfast), Salad (Lunch) and Weight watchers meal (Dinner) and drink 8 glasses of water.
Will my legs get smaller by doing this?
I really want thin legs and not huge bulky, muscley, chunky legs from doing the wrong types of excersise on them.
Please help!!
