The school has decided to offer a new course called the bible literature which includes readings from the old and new testaments. A parent has brought up a suit arguing that offering this course violates the establishment clause of the first amendment of the U.S Constitution.

I have to come up with four Supreme Court precedents that give an example of why it violates the first amendment.
