Help with coming up with a song?

I'm working on a school project, and we have to create new lyrics (that relate to the unit we're working on) to a song. My group is looking for something ironic, like a pun that has to do with what we're learning. It's for Spanish, and our unit is health/nutrition/medicine/illness...

Here's some examples of what we have so far:
I Will Survive
Stayin' Alive

Any additional ideas would be wonderful!!!
