Help with buying mobiles in other countries?

I'd love to buy the LG KF350 or LH-5000(ICE CREAM). I live in Australia. I wouldn't mind buying it here, except that it's difficult to find.
I'm thinking of buying it overseas but was wondering how the internet would work?
