help with business plan. sales less direct cost?

in my business plan i have sales of £450pw and cost £397pw which makes it £53pw. the next bit on my plan is

£.........x 100 = Gross Profit of ...%
£..............1

PLEASE HELP!!!! P.S 100 above is underlined
