The brake light on my 99 Honda Accord has been coming off and on. My first question is ... Is that the e-brake light? My brakes feel like they're working okay I am just wondering why it would be on. It comes on when I first turn the car on and is usually off when I start driving but this morning it stayed on the entire ride to work.
Also, when I drive there has been a clicking noise that clicks until I push on the brakes.. does that have something to do with my brake light?
I am taking my car to get checked out on Saturday I was just wondering if someone could give me a heads up as to what to expect before I get there. I dont know much about cars..

The brake light is on by the speedometer and all the other lights. Sorry i think thats the dashboard but im not sure..
