Help with Boost Mobile Mirro?

When I go into "my stuff" then down to "others" I have a ringtone I can't use because everytime i go to open it, it says "A handler is needed to use this content type" But when I go to get the handler it sends me online and I have no clue where to go from here. Can anyone help me out?
