So i have the samsung rogue right now and the screen is cracked and doesn't quite work anymore so I want to buy a blackberry storm 2 but I heard it costs more on the plan is it true? I don't have web on my phone rite now cuz that's how our plan is so i don't see why it would cost more, can somebody help me?
