Help with bicycle!? work O.O?

I need Ideas! Lets say I wanted to buy a bicycle to increase the amount of exercise and about the same amount of money and also that i can use outdoors I would apply the DECIDE process So I would

1.Define the problem

2.Explore the alternatives

3.Consider the consequences

4.Identify the values

5.Decide and Act

6.Evaluate the results
