Help with Arts scholarship application question in regards to work and...

...community experience? I am filling out a application and I am stuck with one of the questions it asks me to provide details of paid and or unpaid work and community experience in regards to what I am applying for which is an arts degree. I currently to have a casual position in a big retail department store but I do not know what to say on how that is relevant to what I want to do. And I have no community service experience I have not done much. I cant lie either because they are going to ask for referees. Can anyone please help and tell me what I should write? Thanks
