i bought my ipod touch in october 09 so i still have lots of time for the warranty, my usb cable that came with the ipod touch is slowly tearing apart, like on both sides the rubber is randomly starting to come off and i can see alot of the wires and stuff. but i haven't misused it at all.
So i was filling in the parts request form online or whatever and its asks for a credit card, if im under the warranty, shouldnt it be free?
