Help with an aggressive cat?

About three months ago, I asked about my kitten who I got from a house who did not take care of her. She had troubles with food aggression and painful playing. I got a bunch of "It's normal!", but what I really need is something to maybe curb this aggression?

The main thing I am worried about is that she hisses if you hold food in your hand and offer it to her. The cat treats I have are some that my dog can not eat, so I can't just throw them too her, but she hisses and attacks my hands if I have food in them, or my hand is near her treats. If it's food in her bowl, I've been able to place my hand in the bowl, I can pet her, whatever. The only aggression is when I have just recently held it. She's not starved, no worms. She was horribly infested with flees and worms and she was underweight when we got her, but a good three months of 3 meals of wet food a day and unlimited dry food has gotten her up to a healthy weight; and she hasn't had worms for months.

The other thing I am worried about is her playing. At first it was cute, so I encouraged it, but then she got her strength back. I wouldn't be worried about it, because the people I baby sit for have a playful cat, and I have owned cats before, but she's different. She will rarely use her claws (unless I'm feeding her by hand. ;A; ) But she will bite me and leave gashes. I usually clean these if they're too bad, but we don't have bandages in my house, so when I go to school and my art class, I usually end up getting clay in them. My hands look like I ran a black berry bush over them, and most of them are healed. The scars don't matter to me, just the fact that if she gets her adult teeth and her strength it will leave huge gashes. She didn't have her sisters or mom growing up, so she doesn't have very much play-etiquette. And this play is constant. If I sit down and draw, or I go to bed, she'll follow me and attempt to eat my hands.

What I need is advice on this! Any ideas for saving my hands and feet? We've tried toys but either Hana (the cat) Or (mainly) Jasper (The dog) will break them. The only toy that has survived is the ball I made her as a new kitten, which was made with yarn and fabric cloths, and crocheted with a small hook. But she is overly aggressive with that as well.
She also likes to suck on hands. Mainly the big muscle below the thumb. xD It really hurts after a while.
She's an inside cat with possible Kitty Leukemia, and lives in an aggressive-cat neighbor hood, so she needs to stay inside.
I don't know if it means anything; but I live a large family of my parents and brothers and sisters, and hana plays with us all. She sleeps with my mom though (much to my dismay. I want a furry heater too~ xD; )
