Help with Adobe Flash Player & Macbook Pro?

Everywhere I go it says that I need to install Adobe Flash Player 10 to watch that video. So I follow the link and download the thing and go back to the video to watch and it still doesn't work! It still says that I need to download it even though I just did!

PLEASE help me!
Actually... I just needed to restart my laptop. :')
