i have a samsung u740(alias) from verizon i have that phone but then got a replacement bcuz it broke.
i logged in my account and activated the phone replaced the battery and waited 20mins so it could do whatever.that was yesterday and now its still showing "need intial programming" i have no clue how to get it to work?
does anybody know what to do or what the problem is or if im missing a step?
