Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with a weights/exercise bike training programme
I had a bad accident about 7 years ago and since that I have bad knees, I haven't been able to do much in this time however they have started to get a little better and so I have consulted with my Dr who has advised that I can do some weights and use an exercise bike.
I want to put some muscle on and lose weight as I have put a lot on since the injury. I have looked in many mens magazines but most of the routines involve squatting or lunges which I simply can not do. I am therefore looking for some ideas on what I can do, I plan on training for 5 days a week.
