Help with a T-Mobile pay as you go dongle?

I top up £15 per month with T-Mobile for 30 days unlimited browsing, I've noticed that i don;t get 30 full days- This time ive only received 16 days, A message from T-Mobile has appeared on my screen stating i can only browse from 4pm onwards!! Dint get it, Thought i was getting 30 days worth of internet browsing. I don't download or watch movies. Have they made a mistake or is it me just not understanding something?? Also i lost connection for six days. I'm new to all of this and feel that ive been conned.

Anyone out there that can shed some light on this for me?
