Anyone who knows how to, can you please help and remove the time stamp from this photo?:

As you can see, it's in quite an obnoxious place, which just ruins the picture. I was told it can be done, with the proper program, which I apparently do not have.
Can anyone help me? Best answer will go to whoever does it first. Thanks in advance!
