I need to swap chicken breasts for fish or something similar.
The substitute will need to be dipped in melted butter and rolled in herbs and cheese so it needs to hold together.
It also needs to be fairly cheap and be availible in english supermarkets.
Any ideas on the type of fish and cooking times?
You cant really taste the cheese once its cooked, it just helps to add bulk to the herby topping
