i'm in ceramics 2 in my high school and the teacher asked us to sculpt a figure that has human characteristics and that mean something. someones idea was to have a male struggling to hold the world on his shoulders (i thought that was soo obvious though) and my idea was to have a hairless cat, cowering and scared because he's lost everything. (kind of like the economy today) but have you ever tried sculpting a hairless cat?? haha i cant do it. i was hoping to do somthing that has to do with a bird. and the teacher said the entire sculpture doesnt need to be used out of clay. i can use wire or like wood or something. so help? i gotta think of an idea soon! thanks 
but its like ceramics 2. it cant just be simple. i would of had to include all the wrinkles a hairless cat has (says my teacher) it would have to look realistic
