I need help in the steps to solve this question. Here's the problem:
Calculate the theoretical volume of the airbag using the reactant amounts of your first trial in liters. At room temperature (25 degrees Celsius), the volume of 1 mole of gas is about 24.5 L.
My data I'm using is:
Mass of NaHCO3: 0.5 g
Volume of 6M CH3COOH: 0.5 mL
Total mass of apparatus: 2.14 g
Theoretical volume of bag: 9.92 x 10^-4 L
Experimental Volume of bag: 8.64 x 10^-2 L
I hope someone can help. Thank you!
