today went to start my truck and turned the key, the starter doesn't turn over not dash lights come on or anything. i checked all fuse and found #5 starter relay fuse to be blown, replaced it with a new one and it blew immediately, not even turning the key. i need a basic wiring explanation for my ford ranger, i understand electrical things, i am a car audio installer. also if this helps it tested to see if either side of the solenoid is grounded and the out put of the start solenoid is grounded. so does that mean that the solenoid went bad causing that fuse to pop? i just need to know how the starter relay fuse and the positive side of the starter are wired. please help
