help with 1983 dodge power ram 150?

am having finding parts for my 1983 dodge ,the one thing i need is a cover for my air filter unit i tryed Napa they told me they cant get it, told me to check the local junk yard .

Am thinking anny 14 inch round cover should fit on it right ? so why cant they order me one?
