what is the best way to achieve the highest 1080p HD quality possible when using sony vegas 10 and adobe after effects cs5. i will be putting the video together in sony vegas 10 and then rendering it and importing that into adobe after effects cs5 where i will do my special and visual effects, i want the video to be the best 1080p HD quality possible and i am not sure on which steps i should to take in succeeding in that. i do not know if i should render the video in HD or standard definition in Sony Vegas before importing it into adobe after effects.
