Help with 1050 PRL?!?!?!?

Okay so i have the new PRL 1050 on my Q. I turn on my phone it shows me EV syrabol with 2-4 bars. I get on the Internet and its pretty fast still not that great.
**Edit** Then about 2 min after i turn my phone on it goes back to 1x syrabol and the internet is sluggish and wont open websites at some points. Wat should i do?
 
i have been and the only things i could come up with is that i am not quite in signal range, but i am in denver so not so sure about that. :befuddled
I have also tried beezle's PRL but i get the same results.
anyone have any ideas?
