!!!!Help wit5h sch-a930 vcast music player "Not Supported"!!!!

I need help with my a930. I flashed it to cricket. But now i get a "NOT SUPPORTED" error when i try to access the music player. It says the same when i try to access it through the external keys or when i press syncmusic, If anyone has had this problem or might know the answer to fixing this issue please replay asap. Thanks in advance. :doh:
 
if it's an actual verizon vcast player then it would use verizon's service to work. if that is the case then that would be the reason why it doesn't work. anything that utilizes verizon service won't work when you're on cricket. i am not sure if anyone has a fix to replace the media player or get a media player to work or not.
 
Well actually it use to work fine but then last night it just stopped working and sayd NOT SUPPORTED. Im not trying to use the vcast service just the music player . But it Stopped working completly. Ive looked but havent been able to find another thread regarding the same issue.
 
that's odd. i know when flashing phones to metro there are issues with media players on certain models. i'm wondering if it's the same on cricket then.
