When I make an outgoing call or recieve an incoming call I can't hear anything at all and the other person can't hear me say anything. I tried to put it on speaker phone but it says to remove earphone. Well I do not have any sort of ear phone or device hooked to my phone so Im totally at a loss with what to do.
I appreaciate any advice as I am out of phones around the house to use. My i phone broke so I am using the memoir and my wifes phone screen broke so she is using our other back up.
