now this is urgent
earlier today i put my memory stick in to my friends notebook, and i scanned it before hand and said there was nothing on it but now when i turn my friends notebook it wont turn on it just come up with the "start windows normally" process, i click start windows normally and it just goes back to the process again. So i tried rebooting it....
it wont work and now every time i try doing anything it comes up this:
windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix this problem:
insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
choose your language settings and then Click next
click repairer your Computer
if you do not have the disc contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance

HELP!!
he has very important work on this and he has no hard copies, and i dont know what to do, because its a notebook it doesnt have a disc drive, and its not like i can do anything because when i click enter (continue) to try to it again it goes back to the above information, and if i clikc ESC- to exit it restarts but goes on to that same screen
please any help i need to get it sorted before sunday!
