Well, about two months ago purchased a T-Mobile Flexpay phone, everything was hunky dory, that was until I lost my phone. I found it a couple weeks ago and my service plan was over. Since i was not able to pay for another month of service I let my phone sit. Now i get this text message that says:

"To continue your monthly service as of 12/29/2009, you must pay **$95.6 before 12/28/2009. If not paid, all minutes will be debited from you flexpay account"

**not a typo, it actually said that.

Well the odd numbering in the amount I owed spurred me to check out my account online, and it said that i owed $95.60! It charged me for not even using thier service!

Well I guess my question is if I do not pay this amount will they somehow find a way to bill me for thier services, yes, they have my address. Also as I do not plan on using thier POS network can i cancel the account with that big of an amount being owed?

Any help would be great, thanks.
*Edit

I am a 16 year old, have no credit card, debit card, or bank account, can they really do anything?

Well you owe $95.60. T-Mobile will come after you for the money, and on top of that they will probably add on a cancellation fee, most times over $100. So unless you want this to affect your credit and have a collection agency calling you, pay it.

Hired assassins will come to your house, and murder you.

Kidding.

You should probably call your cell phone provider and ask what is happening.
