This one might be kind of tough because I was super little and VERY vaguely remember anything but it's killing me and I have to know! Haha! Anyway...it was a cartoon and I loved it when I was like 4 or 5..and the main character is a little girl with pigtails and she has on some pink short overalls I think..? And she might have been asian? I'm sorry guys, I know this is totally vague but if you know what I'm talking about I'd love for you to help me!!! Thanks!!
