okay, my parents and I are having a hard time figuring out if we want a no annual contract plan (79.99/month) or Annual Contract (99.99/month). What i dont get is, what exactly is a Annual Contract? Can anyone give me a complete explanation of the two, (what is so bad about signing contracts each 2 years and if there is no contract for the contract plan, why do we still have to pay 79.99 a month for it)
