HELP!! what happens if i got palm striked in the diaphram really really hard?

4-5 years ago i got palm striked very very hard in the diaphram

i was wondering if that would affect me in the future and like cause me to die or something.


please help , any info is appreciated please just get straight to the point
i am scared
