Hey I am trying to open my own daycare business and I found a building that is perfect. Only it is a forclosurer building. I was told that I could get a grant or I could go to the SBA but I would have to come up with 20% of whatever the purchase price is which is a lot of money considering they are asking 108,000 for the building. So I guess what I am trying to ask is what steps do I need to take to purchase this building without a cosigner and if i can get grant funding where do I go? There are so many scams on the internet! So if anybody can give me some advice I would be so thankful!!!
