Okay so I'm in the softball varsity and we train like 2 days a week. Last friday I had training and my arms hurt after batting. The next day the pain still continued, and oday I had a competition against another school. I was a batter. After the game my arms were hurting and I realized I had a large bump in both arms. What exactly are these bumps? muscle or something? cause it kind of hurts so I'm worried it might be some kind of minor injury or something. Thank you!
