Ok so I guess u could say I'm really athletic. I'm on an all-star basketball team for my state, I'm on a national team for volleyball, GO FURY!! And I swim competitively year round and all through summer and I have divisions soon, so Yaa...I'm kinda a crazy girl and I'm really super organized, but I'm totally toned it's not even funny!!!! Anyways, when I play sports I get beyond nervous. When I'm up on the blocks about to race I seriously am at the point where sometimes I am like going to pee myself I get so nervous. But the second I jump off the block it all the nervousness goes away..haha I don't pee in the pool!! And when I'm playing volleyball when I'm about to serve I just super tight, and like I said I feel like I have to pee myself. Same thing with basketball..stupid pee...Lol EW.
So I get really embarrassed when I'm like crossing my legs because I don't want to ..leak or anything.
Yes, I have gone to my doctor about my constantly having to go to the restroom and I'm on a perscription, but it still doesn't help because I'm so fricking nervous!! Anyways, I just needs somethings or ways to just kinda meditate and calm myself to get my mind of what I'm about to do and my body functions. I've tried breathing and thinking good thoughts but it doesn't help!! Ugh this is really embarrassing but I need major help because it's really affecting how I do while playing sports!! Please help me..thank u!!

I play tennis and I used to have the same problem with nerves, not a pretty picture! This is odd but I would go into the locker room, find somewhere private and just belt our a feel good, empowering song until I relax- seemed to help! Try it!

Deep breaths and clearing your mind are basic steps you can take.
Since you do sports I'm assuming that you get very excited before a game, (or maybe a day before the game you can't stop thinking about it and can't wait for it to happen) what you have to do is try not to think about it too much. Brush it off and act like it's nothing important. Being overexcited leads to nervousness before the game, so try to have a blank, clear mind.
This SHOULD work unless this is a medical condition, which seems unlikely. Good luck!
