Help..we want Ocean but have contract with t-mobile

sorry people we just found this site a couple of days ago while researching the Ocean from helio and we currently have t-mobile but still have a few months on our contract but we wondered if there are any loopholes to getting out of the contract while keeping our #s and then whether or not to buy another model from helio and trying to upgrade if we have to have a contract and will they let you do that ... any info would be great
 
There arn't really any loopholes. If you want to change carriers before your contracts up you either have to pay the termination fee or find someone to take over your contract.
 
Isn't tmobile raising their text messaging fees on June 1st? Every other carrier that has done that has been required to allow customers to get out of their contracts because it's a policy change or something
