ok my dad been searching a home for a year and we finally found one. my dad put an offer but turns out someone put more. so now when i search the home it says home pending, i guess that means he signed the contract. does that mean he bought the house and we haveno chamce of buying that house anymore? And if so how much % out of 100. Thanks
