Help Wanted ! Rooting - Bluetooth - Playing Videos - Memory - GPS

Hi all,

I'm new to Android world and I just bought the new 7' Tablet MID A81E Android 2.2 GPS Bluetooth.

I need your recommendations for the following:

1. Rooting
2. Best Bluetooth file transfer (currently I use Bluetooth file transfer App) and I can't receive files from PC
3. Best video player for FLV files - All current players plays movies out of sync (audio precedes video)
4. I'm having 256MB internal memory and 8 GB SD card- I'm using APP2SD to move apps into the SD card.... what's the best way to increase memory ?
5. What is the best small sized (around 2 MB) APP for GPS ?
