Help w/the 3D graphics on my computer?

When playing downloaded games all I get is abstract shapes and colors instead of the picture. When I tested my 3D graphics (dxdiag) it showed it wasn't working but did not tell me how to fix it. I have downloaded the newest DirectX by the way and that didn't fix it.
 
Have you tried overclocking your GPU recently? If so revert back to its normal settings. I tried that and my games would go all whacky and show me weird textures and blocks
