I didn't care for the roll-back distance and hand-angles with Heritage type bars and ended up with a set of old Wide-Glide "mini apes".
Riser section ended up being straight upward in alignment with the forks, hands roughly an inch or two below armpit, and fists tilted down at a good angle for me. Didn't need to do a thing to cables but did need to straighted out front brake line a little near the top banjo.
For reference sake, I'm 6'2" W/34" inseam and had a Mustang two-piece seating package on my '07 FLHR.
