Help w/ 1999 honda accord body kit?

Hi, i currently have this front bumper on my 1999 honda accord, except mine is cracked, chipped.. and about to fall off.

The thing is.. i see 2 company with this body kit.
I'm just wondering what's the difference.

Are both of them made of the same material??

If not.. which one is more reliable...
 
get a fiberglass one they last longer i have one on my beemer the knocc offs chip and crack easy i spent 800 on my bumper and 200 on cheezy skirts i went over a speed bump and cracked them both get a good one thats guarnetted to last the one you have now is probably cheap thats y the paint is falling off
