My computer does recognise my phone and I can sync it with Windows Media Player for music but whenever I try to connect to PC Suite, I'm annoyingly told the phone is "connected in non-compatible mode". I've switched the phone on and off and have restarted my computer but no joy. I've downloaded PC Suite direct from Nokia's website and it's version 7.1.
