HELP! Urine test shows pregnant from doctors lab and blood and ultra sound

show negative at the ER? ok so i am a bit confused i go to the doctor thinking i had a kidney infection and stuff because i was very swollen (not normal ) and have been having headaches and back lower pain and cramps so i wanted to make sure everything was going ok with me , so i went to my family doctor and he asked me when was the last time i had gotten a pap smear and i told him well i do not have insurance so preobobly the last time was about two and a half years ago the he said ok that he wanted to do a famle examination so i said ok , he took me in the room and did his duty and he had said that my cervix was soft and there was slight discharge he then asked me is it possible that i may be pregnant and i had told him there was no way possible because of the situation that i am in with my bf he is fixed so i could not be pregnant then he asked again are you sure and i answered again im positive so he then asked me if he can do a pregnancy test and i said of course so he leaves for about 20 mins not to mention that my man and i have been praying that god would do a miracle considering it cost so much to get reversed , so 10mins go by and the doc comes back into the room and looks at me with a smile saying congratulations your pregnant i didnt know what to think its as if a miracle had happened i felt like everything went black and i was in la la land i started to cry so bad with tears of joy . That was on 9/11. Then still having the back pains and stuff i decided to go to the E.R they do a blood test and an ultra sound the doc comes in and says im very sorry you were never pregnant i dont know what to think i am still so tired so bloated i just dont understand this i am very confused i am trying to stay positive about this i would have only been two weeks when theydid the ultra sound and blood test . Is it too early ? Am i not pregnant ? Idk what to think . I then decided to wait and c if i was going to get my period well i in fact got a day and a half kinda brownish red period for like a day and a half and for me thats not normal i usually go like 5 -6 days please if any one has had the same thing happen help me .
