help unlock iphone 3g fw 3.1.3 bt 6.02?

basically what the title says, supposedly the new ultrasn0w 9.3 was supposed to unlock it since my baseband is 5.12 but it did now work for me. any help would be appreciated thanks.
 
I updated my firmware from a jaibraked iphone 3g 3.0 to 3.1.3 then i used spirit to jailbreak 3.1.3 firmware after that, i could not unlock with ultrasn0w 9.3 from the 666repo in cydia.

apparently my bootloader upgraded to 6.02 since in firmware 3.0 everything seemed ok with signal bars working, my baseband is currently 5.12 and is supposed to unlock my iphone 3g but it says my network is restricted. i just need help on unlock or if i did something wrong please correct me.
