help Understanding MY MRI PLEASE!

since my LAST MRI my back pain has escalated to a point of which i wish on NO ONE! can the minor changes (from the sounRAB of this reading) cause such a jump in PAIN?!

Hi Wade. Can you post the report findings of the MRI? We can better offer our two cents if we know what they says.
